This is the house available for rent on the left. Above, you can see the magnificent view from the main terrace; in the middle distance are the Iles Medes, one of the Mediterranean’s leading dive sites. In the background the foothills of the Pyrenees loom and beyond them lies France.

The house, No.1 Poblado Tipico, Carrer la Borna, 30, has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in this part of Spain, considered by many to have the most beautiful coastline in the country. The villa, which sleeps six in three double bedrooms, is situated at the end of a small row of terrace houses; there is a second terrace in one of the top bedrooms, where you can sip your coffee or fruit juice in the early morning and breathe in the wonderful pine-scented air drifting down from the hills behind you and up from the sea in front of you. A few yards from the front door is the communal swimming pool. There is a also a double garage which has a washing/drying area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room area, a bathroom with wc upstairs and a shower/wc downstairs.
